After warm-up sets at Cheltenham and Bristol, we did our first full folk club booking in March, at the Foc'sle Club in Southampton - great audience and we got a great reception. Folklorist and singer Bob Askew emailed us afterwards "I really enjoyed your set at the Focsle, it was a good balance of material and I think that the trio works really well. I loved John Barleycorn and the US Usher’s Well [Applachian version of the Wife of Usher's Well], and found Patrick Spencer interesting." We have since had great bookings at Dursley and Cheltenham Folk Clubs as well as a number of barn dances. But the main news is that our first CD 'This Way Up, That Way Back' has now been released.
